Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy Zvolution Personal Training – Cancellation Policy Just a quick message to explain my cancellation policy. I send this out regularly to keep all clients informed, especially as I continue to take on new clients. At Zvolution, I take my commitment to your fitness goals seriously. To maintain the integrity of my schedule and provide the best service to all clients, I enforce the following cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged. 2. Last-Minute Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full. 3. Respect for My Business & Time Please remember that Zvolution operates as a professional service. When you book a session, you reserve not only my time but also the planning and preparation that goes into delivering your session. 4. Why the Fee Matters Paying the cancellation fee helps cover the time, preparation, and lost opportunity to schedule another client in your place. This allows me to run a professional and sustainable business. 5. Acknowledgement of Terms By booking a session with Zvolution, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
